Sailing Cruise to Gavathas & Rabbit Island

Leaving the port of Petra you are sailing to the little island of St. George (rabbit island). Relax and start your cruise day having a dive in the refreshing sea on a secluded beach in a crystal clear waters.

Sailing along the south west coast you approache the bay of Gavathas, a small fishing village with a dream sandy beach. The settlement is sheltered from Cape Red Rock and creates a small peaceful harbor where you will find moored fishing boats.

The beach with its fine sand and shallow water is suitable for swimming, especially for families with children. You have the choice to dive from the boat and reach the coast swimming or disembark at the harbor of Gavathas and find a place with refreshing shade to relax.

On the way back you will sail close to the rocks to see one of the biggest caves of the northwest coast of Lesvos.

Laying lazy on the deck of our comfortable boat, relax, enjoy the sailing back and have a dive in a small secluded bay before return to Petra & Molivos.
